Strategy and technology consultancy PTI posted a record year in 2023 across all key metrics – including revenue (+34% year-on-year), profit (+200%) and revenue per client (+19%).
Client engagements also grew by 10%, including new strategic scopes of work with rights-holders including Ascot Racecourse, Aston Villa, Everton, Goodwood Racecourse, Six Nations and The Jockey Club.
PTI now works with 35 leaders in sports and entertainment, including existing clients Arsenal, Bristol Sport, CBS Arena, London Stadium, Oak View Group & Co-op Live and Premiership Rugby.
Ben Wells, CEO of PTI Digital, said: “A consultancy like ours is only as good as the impact our people deliver for our clients, and I’m hugely proud that the company results this year match the effort and commercial growth delivered by our hugely talented team.
“We’re routinely told by industry leaders that PTI is delivering tangible revenue growth, cost efficiencies and commercial strategies that can be trusted, demonstrated by the number of referrals we received last year. A big thank you must go to our team for their commitment, and our clients for entrusting us with their businesses.”
In 2023, PTI also expanded its Consulting and IT Managed Services teams with experts in areas including data analytics, cyber security and cloud infrastructure.
The year also saw the business overhaul its employee benefits programme, which included doubling pension contributions, introducing private healthcare and creating a new staff development pathway. This came as a direct result of feedback from regular employee surveys.
